Job Context: The Call Center Executive plays a vital role in managing patient communication, scheduling appointments, and promoting wellness services. This position ensures a positive customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, and providing helpful information about our wellness programs and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and schedules.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.

Appointment Management

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Coordinate with doctors and wellness consultants for availability.
  • Maintain proper records in the appointment management system.

Service Promotion

  • Inform callers about new wellness programs, packages, or promotions.
  • Assist in patient follow-ups and encourage repeat visits.

Data Management

  • Record call logs, feedback, and appointment details accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with front desk and administrative teams.
  • Report daily call activity and booking reports to the supervisor.

Professional Conduct

  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
  • Uphold the wellness center’s reputation through effective communication.
