Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and schedules.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Appointment Management
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors and wellness consultants for availability.
- Maintain proper records in the appointment management system.
Service Promotion
- Inform callers about new wellness programs, packages, or promotions.
- Assist in patient follow-ups and encourage repeat visits.
Data Management
- Record call logs, feedback, and appointment details accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with front desk and administrative teams.
- Report daily call activity and booking reports to the supervisor.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
- Uphold the wellness center’s reputation through effective communication.
