Education:

Job Context

JSK Group, a leading and diversified service organization engaged in GCC Medical Checkup Centers, Hospital, General Diagnostics, and District Bus Services, is looking for energetic, smart, and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our centralized communication team.
The selected candidates will handle client inquiries, appointment scheduling, ticket reservations, and service information efficiently — ensuring high-quality customer experience across all JSK service sectors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and respond to patient, passenger, and customer queries politely and efficiently.

  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, ticket bookings, and service follow-ups.

  • Provide accurate information about hospital, diagnostic, GCC medical checkup, and Sara Express bus services.

  • Manage and schedule doctor appointments, medical tests, and passenger ticket reservations.

  • Maintain call logs, update customer information in the CRM system, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Coordinate with the hospital reception, diagnostic desk, and transport offices for smooth operations.

  • Record customer feedback, complaints, and service requests; escalate as needed.

  • Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.

  • Work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night) as required.

  • Achieve individual and team targets for call quality and service standards.
