Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve the client's problem and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age limit for fresh candidates must be below 30
∎ Experience in similar field will be an added advantage
∎ Have the mindset to work in shift basis (Day, Evening, Night)
∎ Excellent verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
