A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
At least 2 year of experience as a cafe supervisor or senior waiter in a food service environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Good understanding of café operations, food hygiene, and safety regulations
Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Supervise daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance; provide on-the-job training and feedback.
Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams for efficient food and beverage delivery.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas of the café.
Manage inventory, place supply orders, and ensure proper stock levels.
Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting.
Support the implementation of promotional activities and ensure brand standards are followed.
Assist in scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and managing workflow.
Report any operational issues or maintenance needs to the higher authority.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
