Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all daily café operations with precision and efficiency
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to uphold premium service standards
Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience
Monitor sales performance, budgeting, inventory, and cost control
Maintain superior hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational discipline
Handle customer relations with professionalism and discretion
Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred
Experience Requirements
5–10 years of proven experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
Prior experience in a premium café or international brand environment is highly preferred
