∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: CAD, Ms Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all pattern ,all finish pattern
∎ planning and organising all pattern schedules
∎ costing yy ,booking yy
∎ Analyze, control & reduce cost in an effective & efficient manner.
∎ Establish & maintain operational guidelines, procedure & practice.
∎ Bulk correction , bulk marker , bulk cut plan , & measurement .
∎ Necessary initiative have to take in order to achieve daily & monthly planned target.
∎ Must have good concept about Planning
∎ Must have good knowledge about quality management.
∎ Must have good leadership & Motivational capability.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection, over production & extra hour work.
∎ On time all pilot pattern and bulk pattern release,
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned from time to time.
∎ estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
∎ determining quality control standards
∎ overseeing production processes
∎ re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
∎ supervising the work of junior staff
∎ organising relevant training sessions
∎ Compliance and safety
∎ Build competent staff by guiding and mentoring
∎ Must evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
∎ To spend time in innovation and create a Kaizen culture
∎ Coordinate with each department and review progress periodically and make sure that there are no surprises
∎ Maintain budget and optimize expenses
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years in a similar industry, proven experience of Manager role or similar experience, experience in Sample & CAD section
Salary: Negotiable
