∎ HSC

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-depth knowledge of CAD software (OPTITEX) is a must.
∎ To prepare pattern as per the design/model given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency by OPTITEX software and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting department & follow up it in practical.
∎ Responsible for pattern direction, fabric selection, proto and tech packs preparation as per instruction of buyers.
∎ Ensure that any change made in the approved sample is communicated to the concern persons timely.
∎ Create a master pattern for each size which within a range of garment sizes, using measurement charts, drafting instruments, CAD computers, and/or grading devise.
∎ Checking the graded pattern with the grade rules.
∎ Support and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Must have experience working to understand buyer's comments check & verified.
∎ Check sample quality (styling, measurement, dummy fittings, etc) and all technical aspects fully comply with the buyer requirements.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of knit garment manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Computer literacy is a must especially in CAD Technology, Optitex software.
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Woven Factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers (Europe & USA).
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
