About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with at least 3~5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing skills, in-depth knowledge of architectural standards, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise working drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
Develop construction and presentation drawings based on design inputs from architects.
Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, standards, and specifications.
Work collaboratively with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy.
Make revisions and updates to drawings as required.
Maintain proper organization and version control of drawing files.
Requirements:
A diploma degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3~5 years of experience in an architectural consultancy or construction firm.
Proficient in AutoCAD (essential); knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and material specifications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
