Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gravity Architecture Studio is a reputed Architectural consultancy Firm looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as an Associate Architect.
∎ He/She will solve our architecture & interior design-related problems with excellent skills. Design Collaborate with senior architects on the development of architectural and interior design concepts. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design charrettes.
∎ Design Development: Create and modify architectural and interior design drawings, plans, Sections, Elevations and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD & SketchUp. Assist in space planning, material selection, and furniture layout.
∎ Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and design preferences. Present design concepts and proposals to clients and gather feedback.
∎ Documentation: Create and maintain architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and interior design standards.
∎ Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure design intent is being implemented.
∎ Code and Regulation Compliance: Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and interior design standards. Ensure that designs adhere to all relevant codes and regulations.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution.
