Job Context:
∎ Good Knowledge about LECTRA Software.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices.
∎ To develop pattern with a view to Development of sample product.
∎ To prepare pattern for Fit Sample after confirming of order and hand over to Sample supervisor.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material or fabric required to make a product.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the team leader from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Having good knowledge administration, marker drawing ,calculation before cut the bulk consumption/fabric inspection knowledge, handing total cutting and in put daily requirement with plan hours.
∎ Should have sound health and strength.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership Skills & Time Management
∎ Analytical Skills Decision-Making Skills
∎ English Speaking and Report Writing.
