∎ Business Coordination: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our current business.
∎ Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies and assess potential investments.
∎ IT Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest IT trends and integrate them into our business processes.
∎ Financial Review: Regularly review and analyze the financial health of the business. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, both verbal and written, to various stakeholders.
∎ Professional Appearance: Maintain a smart and professional appearance.
∎ Communication: Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
∎ Engineering Expertise: Utilize your background in engineering to enhance our project development and execution.
∎ Proven experience in business operations and development.
∎ Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
∎ Superior presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
∎ Professional demeanor and appearance.
∎ Strong knowledge of the latest IT trends and tools.
∎ Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

∎ Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Marine/Naval Architecture or related field is recommended (not mandatory).

∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Business Operations and Development Manager will play a critical role in managing and expanding our business. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily business activities, exploring new business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring the financial health of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT knowledge, exceptional presentation skills. Candidate with an engineering background is a plus.
