• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or wellness industry.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing large teams and complex operations.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive operational improvements.

• Experience with ERP systems and other business management tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operation Manager to oversee and optimize Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals` entire business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing strategic growth initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across all business functions. This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company`s growth trajectory and transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all branches to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company`s long-term goals.

• Lead the optimization of supply chain management, including inventory control and supplier relationships.

• Drive operational improvements and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against company goals.

• Collaborate with finance, marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Support the expansion of new branches and manage the integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

• Analyze financial data and use insights to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.
