∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master's in Any Discipline (BBA & MBA will be prioritized) from a renowned University with minimum all second class / division or equivalent CGPA
∎ Skills Required: Communications, Good leadership, MS Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tobacco
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and drive business growth in line with company directions
∎ Lead a team of over 250 people to ensure sales and distribution of tobacco products
∎ Develop and implement business plans in line with distribution agreement to drive growth
∎ Lead the overall activities of brand launces activities or brand building activities time to time
∎ Recruit appropriate field force, develop them, and manage turnover
∎ Ensure additional sales force (ex. SR, ASR) for smooth sales operation.
∎ Consult & obtain agreement from distributor for decisions relating to investment / financial matters
∎ Drive motivation & proper discipline of staff / employees involved in business
∎ Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly, maintaining proper stock level and ensuring on time payment
∎ Manage regular business expenses
∎ Integrate and coordinate office operations (if any) with relevant manager / in charge
∎ Engage regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operations (bank officials, labor & other unions, etc.)
∎ Closely work with distributor for any investment & financial related issue
∎ Lead sales managers for business operations
∎ Closely work with Company management and provide reports regarding business progress, business priorities, development, and relevant reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Leadership skills, communications skills, negotiation skills
∎ Excellent Analytical thinking capabilities, managerial skills
∎ Dynamic, Modern, Energetic, and positive energy driver, effective PR management skills
∎ Self-motivated and self-driven, good planner
∎ Must be excellent in MS Excel
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly 2 Festival Bonus, Contributory Compulsory Provident Fund, Health Insurance, Mobile Bill, Transport Facility, and others as per policy
