Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish shared ownership by providing team-inspiring leadership to involve employees in overall organizational interests.
∎ To support team members in a logical and timely manner to take prompt decision and to accomplish their assigned tasks within timeframe.
∎ To lead and facilitate constructive communication to build a good relationship with all stakeholders including agents so that they work as responsible partners.
∎ To develop policies and operational guidelines for a seamless operation aligning with organization’s strategies.
∎ To develop business strategies and translate them into functional language to boost sales.
∎ To create book promotion strategies by developing company’s brand and building organizational skills.
∎ To establish a strong production monitoring and control system to ensure quality, quantity and timeliness.
∎ To develop an integrated content development system with evaluation criteria to improve quality and timely delivery.
∎ To develop a system to capture client’s voice and dissimilate these to stakeholders who can create value for the organization.
∎ To develop an integrated distribution system to support agent efficiency.
∎ To find new business opportunities to expand company’s business and portfolio.
∎ To create an overall positive leadership image throughout the organization.
∎ To promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
∎ To develop a performance evaluation system in coordination with HR.
∎ To co- ordinate with other department to get smooth business support logically.
