∎ Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX will be preferred
∎ Educational qualification will be considered for highly experienced candidate

Job Context:
∎ DBL Group is a leading 100% export oriented Group of Companies. It has diversified industrial complexes equipped with numbers of Knit Composite Garment units, Fabrics and Yarn Dyeing, Finishing and All Over Printing, Spinning, Ceramics, Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
∎ The position will be act as a change agent to accelerate organizational development and overall transformation. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the business heads of the Group, while being responsible for end-to-end Management of Business including Business Growth, Profitability, Marketing, Brand-Management and Business Planning.
∎ Plan and operate large volume of accessories production by manufacturing Narrow Fabrics, Elastic Tapes, Woven/Crochet Knitted, Cotton Tapes/Drawstrings & Printed Labels on European-Jakob Mueller, Comez & Willy's Machines.
∎ Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Oversee all operations of Accessories Division to ensure the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
∎ Monitor and implement production plan & achieving target of production for accessories items.
∎ Carry out all the assigned responsibilities in executing the production operation.
∎ Prepare monthly requirement of raw material, packing materials.
∎ Ensure maximum capacity utilization of machinery of all sections, good housekeeping & proper utilization of manpower.
∎ Achieve higher productivity with maintaining quality/standard as per Buyer requirement.
∎ Prepare MIS report and submission to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of related experience out of which min. 2 years in similar position from any leading Garment Accessories Industry
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Working knowledge of ERP and MS Office
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
