• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University students will get preference

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge of Agricultural products, crop cycles and markets

• Presentation and training skills for farmer meetings and seminars

• Field-oriented and willing to travel extensively

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

• Ensuring Marketing and Promotional activities like IFC, MF, Campaign, Hat Day, SAAO Meeting etc.

• Collect BMI (crop acreage, market & Dealer, Top products, Crop & Cultivated Area) and identify sales opportunities.

• Ensure season wise strategic product banding and promotion in specific crops.

• Prepare training manuals and conduct training session for the Sales & Marketing team.

• Recruit Sales Promotion Officers (SPOs) and monitor their performance.

• Prepare marketing and promotional budget for assigned area

• Handle and mitigate technical issues effectively.

• Ensure product movement aligns with forecasts and sales budgets.

• Conduct regular field visits and farmer meetings.
