Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring Marketing and Promotional activities like IFC, MF, Campaign, Hat Day, SAAO Meeting etc.
∎ Collect BMI (crop acreage, market size, market share) and identify sales opportunities.
∎ Collect competitive companies’ market information and evaluate Eons existing product and suggest future product line.
∎ Ensure season wise strategic product banding and promotion in specific crops.
∎ Conduct SPO and officer Product training.
∎ Recruit SPO and monitor performance.
∎ Prepare marketing and promotional budget for assigned area
∎ Handing and Mitigate Technical Issues
∎ Communicate with DAE and relevant GO, NGO officials.
∎ Ensure product movement according to forecast and sales budget
