∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing/ relevant discipline with background, and knowledge.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Analysis, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate leads with different marketing channels and help the salesforce with resources to convert them into our clients.
∎ Work with call center agents and analysis their data then execute the plan with them.
∎ Collaborate with digital marketer, sales team, and design team.
∎ Set success metrics and achieve them with organized efforts and collaborations.
∎ Plan & run marketing campaigns and track success.
∎ Manage, monitor, evaluate, mentor and enhance the performance of the call center team.
∎ Lead and motivate team to achieve target and enhance individual performance.
∎ Communicate with the clients, know their expectations, and convey it to technical, sales and business development team for development and smooth delivery.
∎ Prepare sales strategy, plan, and define clear requirement, budget and present concepts to clients for developing future business activities.
∎ Define standards, guidelines and best practices in sales operations to ensure quality and productive sales.
