Additional Requirements:

  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

  • Strong technical skills and understanding of software development services, SaaS products, web applications, AI solutions, and digital technologies.

  • Ability to understand client requirements and effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

  • Ability to manage pressure and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Must have a laptop/desktop computer and a reliable internet connection.



Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview

The Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent client communication throughout the customer journey. This role combines business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and customer support responsibilities to drive business growth and maintain high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, confidence in communicating with international clients, and a strong understanding of technology solutions and software services.

Work Schedule: 5 working days per week (8 hours per day)
Workplace: Work From Home
Shift: Night Shift 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients.

  • Present company services, SaaS products, and software solutions to potential customers.

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Follow up on leads and assist in converting prospects into long-term clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Client Communication & Support

  • Handle client communication through email, live chat, phone calls, SMS, and other communication channels.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding company services and solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Provide guidance and information regarding projects, services, and support requests.

  • Coordinate with technical, project, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

  • Follow up with clients regarding project updates, feedback, and ongoing requirements.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Record and manage customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain detailed records of business development and client communication activities.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Gather client feedback and market insights to support business growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments.
