Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate and execute go-to-market and account strategies.

  • Identify and target high-potential industries (Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Government).

  • Manage a new business pipeline exceeding 10 crore annually.

  • Develop regional growth plans for major and emerging cities.

  • Conduct market analysis to uncover competitive advantages.

  • Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs and challenges.

  • Partner with technical teams to create and present tailored technology solutions.

  • Drive RFP responses, proposals, and value-based solution presentations.

  • Educate clients on cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, and ERP modernization.

  • Develop solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and ROI models.

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Create long-term account growth strategies and ensure retention.

  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize account value.

  • Ensure seamless project handover and maintain >95% client satisfaction.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and client advocate within UniSoft.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Represent UniSoft at key industry events and forums.

  • Contribute to thought leadership through articles, webinars, and case studies.

  • Develop partnerships with leading global technology providers (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle).

  • Oversee proposal development, cost estimation, and risk management.

  • Lead contract negotiation and deal closure.

  • Collaborate closely with delivery and finance teams to ensure project success.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.

  • Deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts.

  • Track KPIs and recommend performance improvement actions.

  • Mentor junior business development staff.

  • Foster collaboration between sales, technical, and delivery teams.
