Align Digital Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations into one unified growth plan.
Ensure seamless lead-to-conversion pipeline across teams.
Explore channel partners, referral networks, and B2B alliances to accelerate market access.
Performance Planning & KPI Ownership
Set and monitor monthly/quarterly revenue targets, acquisition targets, and pipeline targets.
Present performance reports to Management and propose corrective strategies.
Client Development & Relationship Management
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with engineers, consultants, developers, and facility owners.
Maintain a high-quality client meeting schedule (weekly/monthly).
Lead presentations, technical discussions, and service capability meetings.
Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management
Create and manage structured sales pipelines using CRM or internal tools.
Prepare proposals, service solutions, commercial offer.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with customers.
Collaborate with technical/application teams for solution accuracy.
Project Coordination (BD-Side)
After contract award, coordinate with Project/Application teams for schedule, material approval, and client communication.
Ensure customer satisfaction feedback loop goes to Customer Support and Market Development.
