MNO TowerCo experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MNO TowerCo experience will be preferred
∎ Strong communication skill & presentation skills will be required as a candidate may need to stay abroad.
