Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a business development manager to take over mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by coordinating lead generation activities and engaging with potential clients/customers.Develop tailored sales strategies to meet specific business objectives.

  • Explore markets and onboard clients in line with business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients/customers and strategic partners, fostering trust and collaboration.

  • Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals to uncover new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts and maximize business impact.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

  • Monitor and report on business performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Work alongside senior leadership to identify and mitigate risks that could impede company growth and sustainability."
