Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation and potential clients/customers.
∎ activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
∎ Explore market and onboard clients as per business requirement.
∎
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with clients/customers and partners.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎
∎ Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners.
∎ Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development .
∎ Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics and key performance indicators.
∎ Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ lunch free or paid partially
