Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in modern trade channels and e-commerce platforms. Identify and onboard new partners, distributors, and online marketplaces to expand our brand presence.
∎ Manage relationships with existing modern trade retail partners and e-commerce platforms. Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate favorable terms to maximize profitability.
∎ Collaborate with brands team to plan and execute promotional activities, digital marketing campaigns, and product launches specific to modern trade and e-commerce channels. Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement online and offline.
∎ Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in modern trade outlets and e-commerce platforms. Work closely with visual merchandisers and online marketplace teams to enhance the customer shopping experience.
∎ Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to make informed business decisions. Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance sales performance.
∎ Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities with modern trade partners and e-commerce platforms. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and monitor performance against targets.
∎ Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and product development, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
∎ Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies to enhance our online presence and improve the customer shopping experience.
