Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies.
∎ Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
∎ Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
∎ Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Researching the market and industry trends.
∎ Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
∎ Research and identify new market opportunities.
∎ Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
∎ Writing business proposals.
∎ Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
∎ High-level communication skills.
∎ Stakeholder management skills.
∎ Proven ability to negotiate.
∎ Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.
∎ Conflict resolution.
∎ The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
∎ Experience working to and exceeding targets.
