Group Insurance (Employee Benefit)
Identify and develop new corporate clients for Group Life, Group Personal Accident, and Group Health Takaful.
Design customized benefit proposals for organizations according to their employee welfare policies.
Lead proposal presentations, negotiations, and finalization of group insurance agreements.
Ensure timely renewals and upselling of additional benefits to existing clients.
Maintain strong relationships with HR heads, decision makers, and brokers/intermediaries.
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
Organize client engagement sessions, wellness programs, and policy servicing activities.
Alternative Distribution Channel (ADC) – Group Insurance (excluding Employee Benefit)
Identify, pitch, and establish partnerships with Banks (excluding Bancassurance), NBFIs, MFIs, MFS operators, Telecom operators, Insuretech companies, etc.
Develop customized group insurance propositions for ADC partners’ customers, members, or user base.
Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, agreement finalization, and launch planning.
Drive sales campaigns and activations with partners to achieve target contributions.
Provide training and support to partners’ field force or digital teams to promote group Takaful schemes.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational integration, underwriting, and claims servicing.
Ensure all activities under ADC comply with Shariah guidelines and local regulations.
General Duties
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for both segments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies proactively.
Prepare timely performance reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and service quality.
