- Design and implement training programs focused on upskilling and professional growth of team members.

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities
Order Management
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to order fulfillment—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure that all order tracking and processing systems are consistently updated and aligned with client and organizational standards.
Product Development
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, design, and production teams to drive new product development.
- Ensure that product innovation is guided by client feedback, market demands, and strategic insight. Supplier Coordination
- Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts in terms of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the final decision-maker in supplier selection and procurement strategy.
Production Monitoring
- Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Actively coordinate with production and other departments to resolve bottlenecks and operational challenges.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure rigorous implementation of quality control protocols and take corrective action when needed.
- Deliver performance and quality reports to senior leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring all communications are professional, timely, and aligned with company values.
- Foster long-term client relationships by focusing on service excellence, responsiveness, and value creation.
Market Analysis
- Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to monitor trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitive positioning.
- Use market intelligence to adapt and refine sales and marketing strategies, enhancing competitiveness and revenue potential.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all departmental activities, including sales data, production schedules, and financial metrics.
- Regularly report departmental performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, production, logistics, and finance to ensure synchronized execution of business plans.
- Promote a unified approach to problem-solving and goal achievement, leading by example and supporting junior staff development.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency, performance, and client satisfaction.
