Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

 Order Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to order fulfillment—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all order tracking and processing systems are consistently updated and aligned with client and organizational standards.

Product Development                            

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, design, and production teams to drive new product development.
  • Ensure that product innovation is guided by client feedback, market demands, and strategic insight. Supplier Coordination         
  • Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts in terms of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the final decision-maker in supplier selection and procurement strategy.

Production Monitoring

  • Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Actively coordinate with production and other departments to resolve bottlenecks and operational challenges.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure rigorous implementation of quality control protocols and take corrective action when needed.
  • Deliver performance and quality reports to senior leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

Client Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring all communications are professional, timely, and aligned with company values.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by focusing on service excellence, responsiveness, and value creation.

Market Analysis

  • Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to monitor trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitive positioning.
  • Use market intelligence to adapt and refine sales and marketing strategies, enhancing competitiveness and revenue potential.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all departmental activities, including sales data, production schedules, and financial metrics.
  • Regularly report departmental performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, production, logistics, and finance to ensure synchronized execution of business plans.
  • Promote a unified approach to problem-solving and goal achievement, leading by example and supporting junior staff development.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency, performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry developments, technologies, and best practices, applying relevant insights to drive innovation and growth.
