Responsibilities & Context:

We are a leading distribution company in Bangladesh, proudly representing internationally renowned brands such as Pentel (Japan), Kewpie, Nissin, and Xylitol. Our portfolio includes premium stationery products, instant ramen, and food items such as mayonnaise and spreads. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic individuals to drive growth in the Corporate and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activity, and customer demand

  • Plan and execute activation programs to increase product awareness (trade fairs, exhibitions, stalls,)

  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events to promote products and generate leads

  • Develop strategies for business growth and sales improvement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts)

  • Manage client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (FMCG/import/distribution preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in event activation, trade marketing, or promotional campaigns is a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
