∎ Handle inbound client calls and inquiries regarding all IT services.
∎ Assess client needs and assign them to the appropriate department.
∎ Provide professional communication and maintain client relationships.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ Maintain records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
∎ Location: Dhanmondi-2, Dhaka.
