Responsibilities & Context:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for IELTS courses and registration services. Identify target markets and create sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, including students, educational institutions, and corporate clients interested in IELTS-related services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of IELTS exams, courses, and related services to effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our IELTS courses and registration services.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, assisting with registrations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets. Generate regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the relevant departments to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
