Job Context:
∎ Coppertech Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Business Development Executive.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and conduct training/briefing product demonstration sessions for the internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
∎ Make day-to-day Sales entry in Tally ERP software.
∎ Forecast sales and collection volumes & prepare an action plan accordingly.
∎ Make working strategy execute, develop new market & build an efficient customer network.
∎ Achieve the individual/ group sales and collection target.
∎ Follow up with customer & ensure 100% collection on the current invoice.
∎ This job is within the sales team and makes a direct contribution to the business.
∎ To be responsible for the entire sales & collection activities of the assigned portfolio.
∎ To retain top corporate client base ensuring business growth of those specific client base.
∎ Support revenue growth through consistent penetration, and churn reduction.
∎ Assist in retention of existing clients through quality relationships & constant service.
∎ Manage collections on the overall past dues which include bad debt.
∎ Provide constant feedback and ideas to the marketing team for further development and arrange corporate events on a regular basis and arrange occasions to provide gifts and greetings to customers.
∎ Provide regular feedback to the sales manager to ensure proper sales growth & development.
∎ Must have basic computer literacy, IT knowledge applicant will get added advantage.
∎ Prepare monthly collection report.
∎ Other responsibilities are assigned by the management.
