Experience:

Basic understanding of HR/admin processes and financial record-keeping
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (spoken & written)

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and strategic individual to join our team as a Business Development & Operations Executive, supporting our growth across Dhaka and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development
Design and implement marketing strategies to promote Waada services and enhance brand visibility
Manage digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO, website updates)
Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and NGOs for partnerships
Plan and execute outreach events, awareness campaigns, and lead-generation activities
Prepare client proposals, service brochures, and marketing content
Maintain lead pipelines and conversion tracking through CRM tools
Operations & HR Support
Coordinate caregiver onboarding, documentation, and basic HR compliance
Maintain employee files, attendance records, and support recruitment logistics
Assist with staff scheduling and allocation for home care visits
Ensure timely communication between the nursing/field team and management
Finance & Admin Coordination
Track service invoices, payment follow-ups, and assist with petty cash handling
Maintain basic financial logs for client billing and vendor payments
Coordinate monthly reporting with accounts team and support expense audits
