Ø Age At least 22-35 years
Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales (Having experience in JOLSHIRI ABASHON will be prioritized).
Ø Must be known to drive Motorcycles. (Who have motorcycles will be prioritized).
Ø Must have strong understanding of Sells Documents.
Ø Have to be smooth in both Bangla and English typing.
Ø Must have a strong record of achieving sales targets.
Ø Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ø Strong leadership qualities and confidence in handling clients.
Ø Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ø Must be field-oriented, energetic, and result-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Ø Manage property sales and maintain strong client relationships.
Ø Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Ø Work with creative and sales teams to develop marketing materials.
Ø Promote properties through both digital and offline campaigns.
Ø Participate in real estate expos, fairs, and promotional events.
Ø Ensure regular follow-ups and successful deal closures.
Ø Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
