Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Office Assistant & Support Staff will provide administrative, operational, and general office support to ensure the smooth functioning of Waada Wellness Care Limited. The role includes assisting the Administrative Executive Nurse, Marketing Executive, and other authorized personnel, along with handling routine office support and peon-related duties. This position is vital for maintaining efficiency, coordination, and a professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist the Administrative Executive Nurse in maintaining office records, files, and documentation.

  • Handle routine office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and internal communication.

  • Support preparation of reports, letters, invoices, bills, and official documents.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, caregiver, staff, and company information.


Operational & Office Management

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.

  • Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital).

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, trainings, and official appointments.

  • Support coordination between office staff, nurses, caregivers, and management.


Marketing & Coordination Support

  • Assist the Marketing Executive with data entry, client follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Maintain client, partner, and referral databases.

  • Support marketing campaigns, field coordination, and promotional activities when assigned.


Office Peon & Support Duties

  • Ensure cleanliness and orderly arrangement of the office premises.

  • Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and guests as required.

  • Assist in opening and closing the office according to office hours.

  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document binding tasks.

  • Deliver and collect files, letters, and parcels within or outside the office when assigned.

  • Run official errands such as submitting documents to banks, courier services, or government offices.

  • Maintain cleanliness of office equipment, common areas, and meeting rooms.

  • Assist during meetings, training sessions, and company events.


Other Duties

  • Support basic HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and document collection.

  • Perform any other official duties assigned by management as per organizational requirements.
