Responsibilities & Context:
Paramount Solar Limited, One of the Sister concern of Paramount Group, is seeking a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Business Analyst. This role combines data analysis, reporting, and executive support to enable informed decision-making across the organization. The selected candidate will gather, interpret, and present data, track project progress, and assist the CEO in strategic planning and operational efficiency.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Business Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from operations, sales, and market research
• Prepare analytical summaries, dashboards, financial overviews, and business reports
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities to support strategic decisions
• Track project progress across teams and provide timely updates to the CEO
• Present actionable insights in clear, concise reports and presentations
Administrative Support:
• Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments efficiently
• Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations, reports, and briefing materials
• Draft letters, emails, meeting notes, and other official documents
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for updates
• Maintain confidential documents, records, and proper filing systems
• Handle urgent or unforeseen requirements outside regular hours when needed
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned
