Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 30 years

·         Teach Japanese language from beginner to intermediate levels, covering N4 to level.

·         Develop lesson plans and create educational materials tailored to student needs.

·         Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

·         Promote an engaging and interactive classroom environment to enhance learning.

·         Maintain discipline and foster a positive and productive classroom environment.

·         Any other task assigned by the management.

Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Prepare students for Japanese Language Proficiency Tests (Nat-Test & JLPT N5/N4 or others)

2.      Maintain discipline and foster a positive and productive classroom environment.

3.      Support students in building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing

4.      Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to help students understand workplace norms, etiquette, and communication styles

5.      Design engaging learning activities, practice exercises, and mock tests to enhance student outcomes.

6.      Provide individualized support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

7.      Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment. Stay updated with the latest changes in language proficiency exams and teaching methodologies.

8.      Adapt teaching methods to ensure effective and up-to-date instruction.
