Responsibilities & Context:

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet visitors politely and professionally.

  • Maintain a welcoming and tidy reception area.

  • Issue visitor badges and manage visitor logs.

2. Communication Handling

  • Provide accurate information to customers and staff.

3. Appointment & Schedule Management

  • Book and confirm appointments or meetings.

  • Maintain calendars for staff or departments.

  • Notify individuals of upcoming meetings or visitors.

4. Administrative Support

  • Prepare and organize documents.

  • Assist with data entry and filing.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail or packages.

5. Customer Service

  • Address customer concerns and direct them to the right department.

  • Offer support with forms, directions, or general queries.

6. Office Coordination

  • Monitor and order office supplies.

  • Assist with office logistics (meeting rooms, equipment, etc.).

  • Coordinate with maintenance or service providers.

7. Security Support

  • Help control access to the building.

  • Report suspicious activities.

  • Follow safety and emergency procedures.
