Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and organized Administrative Executive Nurse to oversee both clinical and administrative aspects of homecare services. The role combines direct client care, staff training, and operational coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Clinical Care & Client Management:

  • Provide professional nursing care in home and community settings.

  • Conduct assessments and implement personalized care plans.

  • Administer medications and wound care.

  • Monitor patient condition and report to clinical leadership.

  • Training, Orientation & Capacity Building:

  • Train caregivers in basic and advanced caregiving, IPC, vital signs, and mobility support.

  • Conduct skill assessments and refresher sessions.

  • Participate in onboarding and ensure protocol awareness.

Administrative & Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate client files, reports, and incident logs.

  • Manage staff schedules and coordinate service delivery.

  • Support internal audits and performance reviews.

  • Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the key contact between care teams, clients, families, and doctors.

  • Provide regular updates on client and caregiver performance.

  • Foster a professional and empathetic care environment.

  • Reporting & Accountability:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on clinical outcomes and training activities.

  • Immediately report any emergencies, critical incidents, or protocol breaches to the supervisor.
