Job Context:
TST White House Ltd., a leading diversified group engaged in real estate, Furniture, trading, construction, and manufacturing, is looking for a dynamic and organized Business Coordinator to bridge communication between factory operations and management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production coordination, operational analysis, and employee supervision in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production and manpower activities in alignment with company goals.
- Track factory KPIs, efficiency reports, and operational performance.
- Ensure effective coordination between production, supply chain, and HR.
- Prepare management reports and assist in strategic planning.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and audit standards.
- Manage factory documentation, budgeting, and administrative control.
- Support senior management through operational analysis and presentation.
