∎ Graduate/ Masters in English with sound knowledge of written & verbal.
∎ Graduation from NSU, EWU, BRAC, Independent will be given preference.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
INTERNATIONAL SALES, International Trading
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven experience as a sales coordinator (international Sales)
∎ Have to managing the diary, making travel arrangements, Meeting schedules and taking minutes, filing and updating documents, etc.
∎ In addition to this a key area will be responsible for communicating with customers on a regular basis
∎ Coordinated all international shipments and documentation with shipping personnel and/or third party logistics.
∎ Maintained documentation for all international customers relative to necessary licenses, records, and related sales activities.
∎ providing quotations, negotiating, processing orders, Mail corresponding in between the clients & company authority.
∎ Able to meet tight deadlines and follow up on commitments.
∎ sharing information about products and services and advising market data.
∎ Arrange conference m between Management & clients
∎ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
∎ Foreign travels if required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have fluent in English & able to communicate with foreign delegates.
∎ Should be smart, sincere/trustworthy, and have a pleasant personality.
∎ Should have excellent computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, Internet usage)
∎ Must have knowledge of commercial terms & conditions.
∎ Must have patience and endurance.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
