Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the web hosting industry, including platforms like WHM, WHMCS, cPanel, and Linux server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will help analyze current operations, identify growth opportunities, streamline service delivery, and improve overall business strategy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement across hosting operations (WHM/cPanel/WHMCS)
- Research market trends, competitor services, and customer behavior in the web hosting industry
- Gather and document requirements for service offerings, packages, pricing, and automation strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams to align service delivery with business goals
- Evaluate operational KPIs such as uptime, support ticket volume and billing accuracy
- Develop business cases for new product lines (e.g., VPS, reseller hosting, managed support services)
- Monitor and analyze WHMCS data: client behavior, invoices, renewals, and support workflows
- Provide actionable insights and reports for decision-makers
