∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
∎ Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar
∎ Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, or cloud technologies is a plus
∎ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
∎ Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
∎ Experience with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or cloud infrastructure
∎ Familiarity with SQL, Postman, Swagger, or REST API documentation
∎ Understanding of DevOps, product lifecycle, or technical architecture
∎ Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Product Owner (optional)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements
∎ Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
∎ Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories
∎ Collaborate with UI/UX teams to define product wireframes and process flows
∎ Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment for new features or system changes
∎ Support QA team by validating features against requirements and participating in UAT
∎ Assist in project planning, sprint reviews, and status reporting
∎ Research and analyze industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
∎ Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
∎ Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements
