- Experience in public-sector or regulated environments is a plus

Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: We are responsible for governing, integrating, and operating multiple enterprise systems for an important public authority designated as a National Key Point (NKP) installation, including a Single Window Platform that integrates several vendor-operated systems.
The Business Analyst / System Analyst will play a critical bridging role between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze business processes and systems deeply, and to produce high-quality SRS, business documents, and system/technical documentation to support development, integration, operation, and long-term maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and operational requirements
- Analyze existing systems and vendor-operated solutions
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Gather requirements from business users, management, and technical stakeholders
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement validation sessions
- Prepare and maintain Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Define use cases, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Prepare system analysis documents including system overviews and data flow diagrams
- Document integration requirements, API interactions, and data exchange rules
- Define data ownership, master data vs reference data, and synchronization logic
- Support preparation of technical documentation in collaboration with architects and engineers
- Document non-functional requirements such as performance, security, audit logging, and availability
- Support test planning, UAT preparation, and requirement traceability
- Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and review vendor documentation
- Maintain version-controlled documentation repositories
- Support knowledge transfer and long-term system ownership
