∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analyst, Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify various business trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
∎ Research and prepare statistical reports using data (Revenue and profitability) from various businesses/Functions/Departments and consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for the use in management decision-making.
∎ Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the division's performance against budgeted and forecasted results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
∎ Support the Group Chief Executive Officer in the preparation of different types of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities.
∎ Involve in relationship building with various stakeholders and partners.
∎ Research, prioritize, and follow up on various issues and concerns addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
∎ Assist, Monitor and/or Coordinate various activities, business opportunities, processes and/or analytics as instructed from time to time by the Group Chief Executive Officer.
∎ Other Duties: While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the position, management reserves the right to assign any other lawful activities as and when required in the interest of business situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Acute attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing.
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
∎ Experience in Business analysis, Business process design, re-engineering or change management within a fast moving and dynamic environment will be an added advantage.
∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment.
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
∎ Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
∎ Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP).
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges.
