Responsibilities & Context:
1. MIS & Management Reporting:
Prepare and maintain periodic MIS reports for Management.
Develop company-wise financial reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare customized financial reports and dashboards as required by Management.
2. Bookkeeping & Accounting:
Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping of all financial transactions.
Maintain general ledger, journals, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Reconcile bank statements, receivables, payables and intercompany transactions.
Track expenses, vendor bills, and payment schedules.
3. Financial Control & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Assist in internal and external audit processes and provide required documents.
Maintain proper records to support audit and management reviews.
4. Budgeting & Cost Monitoring:
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts across the group entities.
Monitor budget versus actual performance and report variances to Management.
Support cost control and financial planning initiatives.
5. System & Process Improvement:
Support automation and enhancement of MIS and accounting processes.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data in ERP/accounting systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity.
