∎ The candidate must speak English fluently. The candidate must also write and comprehend English efficiently and with accuracy.
∎ Must be self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and capable of working under pressure.
∎ Candidates must have good eyesight, analytical ability and team building capacity.
∎ Candidates must be well disciplined.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in property preservation or foreign client management will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Schedule the projects and update the schedule to the client every day.
∎ Proactively contact clients and vendors to solve any upcoming barriers to on-time project completion.
∎ Be a true team member and foster a positive environment of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Have a good idea of the construction materials market and negotiate with the clients and contractors when necessary.
∎ Be a quick responder and multitasker, be able to talk and take note, checking photos and suggesting the contractors on call.
∎ Analyze project photos and respond to the clients and contractors as needed.
∎ Job Location: House No# 10 (1st floor), Road No# 09, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka.
∎ Shift: Night Shift (6pm to 3am)
