Position Overview
Pridesys IT Ltd. is seeking a qualified Business Analyst – QA to support the evaluation, validation, and continuous improvement of our business-focused software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid academic background in Accounting or Finance and a strong understanding of business operations, including HR, finance, and general administrative workflows.
This role requires a deep understanding of how B2B SaaS products function, the ability to distinguish between essential and optional product features, and a structured approach to assessing user experience, system behavior, and business logic accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Product Validation
Conduct end-to-end product testing from a business perspective, ensuring features meet functional, logical, and user expectations.
Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies using issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Evaluate product modules related to accounting, finance, HR, and other business functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with standard business practices.
Validate “must-have” vs. “nice-to-have” features for B2B software based on market standards and user needs.
Perform usability assessments to ensure smooth user experience and operational efficiency.
Business Analysis & Requirement Management
Prepare feature checklists, requirement summaries, and acceptance criteria aligned with product goals and user expectations.
Maintain requirement traceability throughout development and testing cycles to ensure accurate implementation.
Review product requirements, suggest improvements, and support refinement of user stories and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, development, and design—to align product behavior with business rules.
Client Interaction & UAT Support
Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business workflows.
Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), consolidating client feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Support internal teams with documentation, clarification, and follow-up on product-related concerns.
Process & Documentation
Prepare structured test documents, including checklists, acceptance criteria, test summaries, and workflow notes.
Ensure clear communication of test outcomes and business-impact insights to relevant teams.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying gaps in workflow or system logic.
Technology & Domain Competence
Work confidently with modern, automation-enabled software platforms and B2B SaaS environments.
Understand how enterprise users interact with accounting, finance, HR, and business management tools.
Assist in shaping the product roadmap through domain knowledge and structured analysis.
