Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Postgraduate studies in Business, Engineering Management, or a relevant discipline is a plus.

- Exceptional PowerPoint design and storytelling skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboarding, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Experience with Lean tools, project management, or BI tools is a plus.
- Candidate should be able to travel internally and externally.

International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy Business Analyst to assist Regional Management Directors (RMD) with business process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and strategic project execution. The candidate must demonstrate high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as key tools for daily performance reporting, dashboarding, and business communication.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Analyze sales, operations, and supply chain data to support data-driven decisions.
Create and manage high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Design advanced Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
Collaborate with departments to collect and analyze performance KPIs.
Conduct regular reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement areas.
Facilitate and document management meetings and strategic discussions.
Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
Provide cross-functional problem-solving support and process documentation.
