• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• Postgraduate studies in Business, Engineering Management, or a relevant discipline is a plus.

• Age 26 to 30 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process excellence, or project coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain-based environments preferred.
• Exceptional PowerPoint design and storytelling skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboarding, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
• Experience with Lean tools, project management, or BI tools is a plus.
• Candidate should be able to travel internally and externally.

International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy Business Analyst to assist Regional Management Directors (RMD) with business process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and strategic project execution. The candidate must demonstrate high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as key tools for daily performance reporting, dashboarding, and business communication.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, operations, and supply chain data to support data-driven decisions.

• Create and manage high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Design advanced Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.

• Collaborate with departments to collect and analyze performance KPIs.

• Conduct regular reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement areas.

• Facilitate and document management meetings and strategic discussions.

• Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.

• Provide cross-functional problem-solving support and process documentation.
