Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and define requirements for both new and existing products, and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the Divine IT product portfolio
∎ Collaborate with numerous stakeholders (most notably customers, sales, and development) in defining the product priorities within the product road map, which consists of a balance of new capabilities, enhancements to existing features, and defect fixes.
∎ Track and report the status of projects on various teams, acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate teams while ensuring that project scope is adequately defined
∎ Provide detailed guidance to engineering and QA resources, as well as functional and technical documentation to ensure the right product gets delivered with each release.
∎ Provide product demonstrations and presentations to various customers and prospects.
∎ Participate in the requirements gathering and analysis process, including the breakdown of business requirements to functional requirements.
∎ Documentation of customer requirement in terms of business functions and processes.
∎ Assists in the preparation of proposals.
∎ Plan, organize and conduct business process re-engineering/improvement for projects.
∎ Documentation of user specifications upon acceptance of business requirements. Identifying use cases.
∎ Configure software as per customer requirement
∎ Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
∎ Develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned systems module.
∎ Responsible for the overall ERP or software project
∎ Provide guidance and coordinate the associates for successful project implementation.
∎ Demonstrate leadership abilities to our commercial and government clients with the deployment of software enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules.
∎ Complete and maintain comprehensive product road maps based upon customer input, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Two years of experience in business analysis, major computer system or ERP implementations will get Preferences.
Salary: Negotiable
